Saturday Runners !

A great day for the blog today with the nap Mister Miyagi winning well at 7/2 (advised at 9/1) and Old Guard 8/1 bringing in our ew "stable" double !

In addition I told you to watch out for Weather Babe in the 3.55 who finished 2nd at 25/1 after being headed with 75 yards to go.

Last but not least, another one to watch closely, Drumlee Sunset finished 2nd to Mister Miyagi with the exacta paying £9.50 to a £1 stake.

All in all a great days racing for the blog.

Tomorrow's runners for the stables we are following are as follows:

Cheltenham

Dan Skelton
2.10 - Workbench - the stable are hopeful of picking a nice prizes with Workbench as he will contest the good races at a low weight. His last two wins have come at Fontwell in the same race and he has never won in a field of more than 7 runners. He likes decent ground which he will get here but he is now on 137 which is the highest mark he has ever run off and he was 5th at this meeting last season off 132 so this mightn't be his day.

2.45 - Fou Et Sage - First run for the stable having been a top class 4yo horse in France. The stable have planned to come to this meeting for a while and they believe they have a horse to go to war with. He has a lot of speed and although this is a tough test to start with the stable continues in fine form.

4.30 - Long House Hall - Unbeaten in three races for the stable since arriving from Ireland. He has been impressive in his wins and the form has also been franked. He is another that the stable have planned to bring here and they see him going on to the Rising Stars Novices Chase at Wincanton all being well after this. He is another with plenty of speed that jumps well and he should go very close.

Paul Nicholls
2.45 - Qualando - Won the Fred Winter Hurdle at the festival. He is said to be a chaser in the making but is sticking to hurdles for now and this is a tough assignment to start the season with.

4.30 - Art Mauresque - Had smart Juvenile form in France before joining this stable. Ran 4 times winning 3 - albeit against small fields. His chase rating is now 144. He usually wears a tongue tie, jumps really well and is suited by better ground. He finished 3rd to Irish Cavalier at Newton Abbot on his first run back after 5 months

I'll have a look overnight and see if there is anything to tempt us to bet and if there is I will post in red on this page in the morning.

I don't fancy either of the Paul Nicholls runners today but I do like the look of Dan Skelton's Fou Et Sage and Long House Hall who both look like running well. Fou Et Sage will appreciate any rain at the track and he is likely to get that which may turn the going on the softish side.

Bets
2.45 - Fou Et Sage - 0.50 points ew @ 7/1 generally
4.30 - Long House Hall - 1 point win @ 11/4
